Ian Giles, former marketing director at Kensington Mortgages, is offering brokers a ‘makeover’ service to get them prepared to deal with any market recovery next year.
The bespoke service includes a marketing audit, strategic marketing plan and help on putting ideas into action.
Giles said: “I have been working with a limited number of larger brokers and networks on a bespoke basis since launching Ian Giles Marketing in January this year but I have also met many smaller brokers whose scale and budget constraints deters them from hiring a marketing consultant on a ‘days per month’ basis. And yet they do require strategic marketing assistance if they are to survive.
