As part of Barbon Insurance Group’s ‘Give Something Back’ campaign, the firm is trialling an initiative that allows employees to take one day’s paid leave per annum to undertake community activities and projects in support of the Princes Trust.
Currently being offered at Barbon’s HomeLet Division in Lincoln with a view to rolling it out across the entire group, this commitment to the community has seen 20 applications so far from employees who are looking forward to working with young people at The Trust.
HomeLet, which is part of Barbon’s lettings business, is focused on supporting a growing network of more than 3,000 letting agents throughout the UK.
