Following a partnership with commercial broker Fiducia, five brokers in Just Mortgages’ self-employed division will now be trading as commercial brokers.
Just Mortgages says it will still identify the client and remain their point of contact throughout, with Fiducia dealing with sourcing, processing and paperwork.
At the present time, Just Mortgages brokers are referring commercial cases onto Fiducia, but from this week, Just Mortgages will be able to retain any commercial mortgage clients.
Five of Just Mortgages self-employed brokers have received commercial mortgage training from Fiducia and will be dealing with all commercial cases coming though Just Mortgages self-employed division.
If the commercial broker advice service proves popular with customers and brokers alike, Just Mortgages will be looking to train further self-employed brokers to do commercial lending, as well as looking to recruit those already advising on commercial mortgages.

The commercial broker partnership with Fiducia is the latest in a number of lead generation initiatives for self-employed brokers launched by Just Mortgages, including access to new homes leads through the New Homes division and access to an exclusive digital and social media solution.
