Kensington Mortgages has announced new members to its national account team, field sales team and business development unit.
Eloise Hall recently joined the national accounts team as a key account manager. She will work alongside Kensington’s intermediary partners, building relationships to promote Kensington’s suite of products and services.
She has over seven years of experience in the mortgage services market and joins Kensington from the Principality Building Society, where she worked in a dual role as key account manager and business development manager, constructing and delivering network market intelligence and sales plans, developing initiatives to facilitate marketing opportunities, and managing select network relationships.
Her previous experience also includes the Leeds Building Society, where she held several roles over a five-year period, her most recent being business development manager.
The national accounts team is led by Frances Taylor, head of national accounts, who joined Kensington in January 2019. Her team also includes Chris Kirby, key account manager who joined from the field sales team, and Daniel Morris, sales support manager.
The field sales team also has a new addition. Andy Millard joins Kensington as regional business development manager for the South. He has over 10 years’ experience in retail banking and building societies, having spent time at the West Bromwich, Nationwide and Leeds building societies.
Millard has experience in the intermediary market where he has held roles as a BDM and as a network relationship manager.
Craig McKinlay, Kensington’s new business director, said: “We are delighted that Eloise has joined Kensington’s national accounts team and Andy Millard has joined the field sales team. Both have a strong track record in managing network and intermediary relationships, which will be invaluable in their new roles.
“As we look to grow our national accounts, field sales and business development activity, our newly expanded teams will be central to this push.”
