Masthaven Finance has appointed Steve Brennan as head of underwriting for its bridging division.
It has also hired Steve Earthy as group compliance officer.
Brennan joins from Credit & Mercantile where he spent over a decade in senior roles and has been in the financial services industry since 1979.
Earthy has spent over 14 years in risk and compliance, including five years with GE Money and latterly more than two years as an independent business consultant.
