Leek United has appointed Dan Berrisford as business development manager.
Berrisford (pictured) has over 12 years’ experience in the finance industry, including working as a mortgage adviser.
He most recently spent over three years as the Society’s product & pricing manager.
Focusing on the Midlands, North West and North East territories, Berrisford will work closely with existing brokers as well as building a network of new introducers.
The Leek recently launched a new mortgage range including fixed rates with interest only, cashback and no fees options as well as buy-to-let discounts and mortgages with no ERCs. Its suite of products also provides mortgages for new builds, second homes Help to Buy and buy-to-let.
Berrisford said: “I’m looking forward to helping brokers to open up new lending opportunities that our mortgages can provide. I’ll be visiting new introducers too and be an expert contact point for developing their mortgage business.
“By also offering a first class service I will also help to grow the Society’s profile in the market and increase the levels of completions.”
