Bridging lender Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has appointed Samantha Graydon as its latest business development manager.
This is MFS’s second BDM hire in 2019, and the fourth in the last six months.
Graydon (pictured) previously worked for Castle Trust Capital and Octopus Property. Part of her role will include managing inquiries from the South of England.
Paresh Raja, CEO of MFS, said: “Samantha’s appointment comes at an exciting time for MFS. There is a clear market appetite for bridging loans, and with MFS having recently secured a new funding line, we have in-house funds ready to deploy.
“Importantly, while other lenders might be deterred from handling enquiries due to the current political uncertainty, the ongoing expansion of our sales team means that MFS is ready to meet the needs of brokers and clients, enabling us to take on new bridging deals with speed and exceptional service.”
