Mortgages for Business has updated its online buy-to-let calculator and rate finder.
Users can now search specifically for buy-to-let mortgages for limited companies.
Other search improvements include the ability to select products that work for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and a drop-down menu to allow users to select one or more initial product term.
In addition, search results can now be ordered by a variety of features including rate, APR, maximum loan amount, rent required, repayment type and loan to value.
