LMS has renewed its contract with Nationwide to be the sole supplier of fees free remortgage and transactional conveyancing services.
The new contract lasts until July 2016 and means the contract will extend the relationship to 17 years.
Andy Knee, managing director if LMS, said: “We’ve worked successfully with Nationwide for 14 years, completing hundreds of thousands of conveyancing and remortgage cases and are delighted to retain the contract.
“We are committed to offering our clients the highest possible level of service, and working hard to ensure that we are able to meet their individual needs.”
Ian Andrew, managing director, Nationwide Group Intermediary Sales, added: “Nationwide Group has a long-standing and productive relationship with LMS, which we look forward to strengthening during the next three years.”
