NatWest Intermediary Solutions has appointed three new phone-based business development managers (BDMs).
Phillipa Healey has 23 years’ financial services experience gained with several product providers. Most recently, she worked for Halifax in a number of advisory positions and managed a regional team of M&S Bank.
Lorraine Howard joins the intermediary business from NatWest’s retail arm where she was a mortgage adviser at a branch. Prior to her banking career she spent 18 years in the food and beverage industry managing a number of restaurants in the East of England.
Kerry Wright comes to NatWest from Norwich & Peterborough where she has been a mortgage adviser for the last two years at branches in North Norfolk after holding a number of customer-facing positions.
All three BDMs are CeMAP qualified.
