Coventry for Intermediaries has made changes to its 90% LTV residential product range, including both reduced rates and new products, with rates starting from 2.99%.
Deals include the following:
Residential:
- 2.99% (reduced from 3.19%) variable Flexx for Term, 90% LTV, no ERCs and £999 arrangement fee.
- 3.09% (new product) fixed rate until 30/09/17, 90% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/09/17 and £999 arrangement fee.
- 3.89% (reduced from 4.25%) fixed rate until 30/09/20, 90% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/09/20 and no arrangement fee.
