The Coventry Building Society has unveiled a new range of residential mortgages with a legal and valuation package for remortgages.
New products include:
Residential five-year fixed mortgages
- 3.55%, five-year fixed rate until 30.09.17, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee with no arrangement fee.
- 3.35%, five-year fixed rate until 30.09.17, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee.
Offset Flexx for Term mortgage
- 4.35%, Flexx for term, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee and no arrangement fee.
- 4.10%, Flexx for term, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee.
Two-year BBR tracker mortgage
- 3.10%, two-year BBR Tracker (+2.60%) (Floor at 2.85%) until 30.09.14, 65% LTV, £199 booking fee with no arrangement fee.
- 3.47%, two-year BBR Tracker (+2.97%) (Floor at 3.22%) until 30.09.14, 80% LTV, £199 booking fee with no arrangement fee.
