Coventry for Intermediaries has launched new five-year fixed residential mortgages, with rates starting from 2.35%.
Deals include the following:
- 2.35% fixed rate until 30/09/20, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/09/20, with a £999 arrangement fee.
- 2.55% fixed rate until 30/09/20, 75% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/09/20, with a £999 arrangement fee.
- 2.79% fixed rate until 30/09/20, 75% LTV, ERCs payable to 30/09/20 and no arrangement fee.
