Cirencester Friendly has appointed Harry Ireland as senior customer care assistant.
He joins the society from Ageas where he was a team manager; he has also held roles at Allianz and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Ireland will manage day to day operations in the customer care team as they support both advisers and members, handling queries regarding the society’s income protection contracts – Income Assured Plus and My Earnings Insurance.
“We are a small team at Cirencester Friendly and as a mutual we are committed to delivering a high standard of service to our members and the advisers who introduce business to the society,” said Paul Hudson, chief executive of Cirencester Friendly.
“Harry is joining at an exciting time as we look to further develop our product range and we are pleased that he will be playing his part as we build upon recent success.”
Ireland added: “I am excited to be joining an organisation with such a strong reputation for customer service and I look forward to working alongside my new colleagues to further enhance Cirencester Friendly’s offering.”
