Bridgebank Capital has announced the appointment of Kay Williams as legal case manager.
Her role will be to liaise directly with both Bridgebank’s property legal team and the solicitors acting for borrowers, whilst keeping both introducers and Borrowers updated as to the progress of the loan whilst it is going through the legal process to drawdown.
Williams has over 18 years in various management and special project roles for HBOS.
The Manchester based bridging lender expects the new system to speed up and improve the legal process.
She said: “I am delighted to have accepted this position with Bridgebank Capital – I have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their passion for delivering excellent customer service.”
