Keystone Buy to Let Mortgages has appointed Julie Priest as its business manager for the North West.
Priest has over three decades’ experience in the mortgage market including a stint at Mortgages for Business, the brokerage which owns the Keystone brand.
She joins the team after several years of running her own business advising property investors.
Priest will manage the relationships with brokers and intermediaries, supporting them with their clients’ funding needs. She will help them place deals for professional landlords looking to finance more complex residential investments including HMOs, multi-units and applications made a limited company capacity.
“I am looking forward to joining the Keystone team and working with some new and familiar faces,” said Priest.
“I’m ready for the challenge and Keystone’s unique offering to professional landlords seems a perfect fit with my skill set and enthusiasm.”
She will also cover the North East whilst her colleague Steve Simpson recovers from a knee operation.
David Whittaker, managing director of both Keystone and Mortgages for Business, said: “Julie is a very experienced business manager and her knowledge of the market and the broker/lender relationship will be a valuable asset not only to us but also to those intermediaries who need little extra help and guidance in submitting complex cases.”
