Capital Bridging Finance is to relocate.
The lender says it has outgrown its current location and is moving to new offices at Grafton House, 2-3 Golden Square, W1F 9HR from 4 November 2013.

Keith Aldridge, Capital Bridging’s managing director, said: “We announced in July outstanding half year figures and on the back of our success and to prepare ourselves for our ambitious 2014 growth plans we knew we would have to relocate.
“We will also be announcing the appointment of new senior staff in the next few weeks and are excited that our growing team will be working from our new offices in Golden Square.”
