Newcastle Intermediaries has reduced rates by up to 0.65 percentage points across its range of residential products.
The reductions include those rates available up to 95% LTV, with rates starting from 4.65%, supporting borrowers looking to both purchase and remortgage a home.
Fee-assisted options are also available to support clients who require help with costs.
