Specialist lender OSB Group has promoted Samantha Brain from office based business development manager to customer facing external business development manager (BDM) covering the central region.
Brain (pictured), who has been with the group since 2019, will now join the network of field based BDMs, supporting brokers and their clients with financial solutions from Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries.
Her previous experience includes time sent as a broker as well as being CeMap qualified.
James Forth, head of sales, Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, said: “I’m delighted that Samantha has joined our field based BDM team. The knowledge and expertise she brings from her role as office based BDM will not only help to strengthen relationships but knowledge of internal processes and teams means she is perfectly placed to help support brokers throughout their lending journeys.
