Paradigm Mortgage Services has added the Progressive Building Society to its lender panel.

Both directly authorised and appointed representative members of the mortgage services proposition will now have immediate access to the society’s range of mortgage products which cover a range of fixed rate, variable and self-build options.

Progressive Building Society is based in Northern Ireland and is one of the top 10 building societies with assets of over £1.6 billion. It only lends on properties within Northern Ireland and does not credit score.

Progressive’s product range covers:

  • First-time buyers and home movers – fixed and variable rate products available up to 95% LTV.
  • Self-build – fixed and variable rate products available up to 75% LTV.
  • Remortgage – fixed and variable rate products available up to 80% LTV.
  • Northern Ireland Co-ownership – up to 95% of equity share available.

John Coffield, head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “At Paradigm we continue to provide our members with access to the top lenders active in today’s market and at very attractive terms. This is certainly the situation with the newest addition to our lender panel, Progressive Building Society. The Northern Ireland housing market has been making strong progress over the course of the last 12 months and it is lenders such as Progressive who are at the heart of this improvement. Paradigm members can now benefit from a strong product range, good procuration fee levels and a society that is committed to delivering a quality service for both advisers and their clients. We are particularly looking forward to working with the team at Progressive and are sure their addition to the panel will be warmly supported by many of our adviser firms.”

Declan Moore, head of sales and marketing at Progressive Building Society, said: “We are delighted to be part of the Paradigm Mortgage Services lender panel, one of the UK’s largest intermediary distribution businesses. As Northern Ireland’s only locally-owned building society, we take great pride in delivering a top quality service to the intermediary market.

“Our appointment to Paradigm Mortgage Services’ lender panel will help strengthen our relationship with existing partners and will also enable us to deliver our products and services to a wider range of intermediaries.”
