John Coffield, head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “Due to member demand, we have been looking at our specialist lending panel and after reviewing a number of market options, we are very pleased to be able to announce this new relationship with The Loan Partnership. We wanted to work with a business that has a similar commitment to service and compliance that we, and our members have and it was soon apparent that the team at The Loan Partnership had this in spades and would be a natural fit for us.

“Advisers who work with specialist master brokers want to have confidence in the offering, want to know their clients are in safe hands, and effectively want them to provide a seamless extension to the business. This is certainly the case with The Loan Partnership, and we are looking forward to working with the team and helping our member firms explore the options that are available in these growing product sectors.”

John Webb, director at The Loan Partnership, added: “We are extremely excited about the opportunity to team up with Paradigm, and we firmly believe The Loan Partnership will be a real asset to its members. Our expert knowledge of the market, the products available and our close relationships with lenders has created an environment that is producing outstanding conversion levels for our introducer partners, which delivers successful outcomes for our clients, lenders and business partners alike.

“We look forward to sharing this knowledge and success with Paradigm members and helping to meet the finance needs of their customers.”
