Paradigm Mortgage Services is heading back to Belfast for its next mortgage and protection roundtable event.

The half-day session will take place on Wednesday 12 November 2014 at the Ramada Plaza Hotel, 117 Milltown Road, Shaws Bridge, Belfast BT8 7XP.

The mortgage services proposition’s roundtables are designed for advisers to hear about the latest market developments as well as providing a chance to interact with a number of top lenders and providers. Representatives from the a number of companies will be on hand to provide information and support to advisers in short ‘speed dating’ type sessions including: Bright Grey, Exeter Family Friendly Society, Leeds Building Society, Scottish Widows Bank, Progressive Building Society and Zurich.

On the day, head of Paradigm Mortgage Services John Coffield will be providing a mortgage market overview plus a look at the innovation currently being introduced. He will also reveal an exclusive software proposition, MOGOcheck, available only to Paradigm DA firms that he argues can save advisers time and money and help them through the affordability maze.

The event will also feature a lender presentation from Scottish Widows Bank as well as an update on the protection sector plus a discussion on Consumer Credit.

The event is open to all directly authorised mortgage, protection and financial advisers with structured and unstructured CPD points provided for the event which will count towards advisers’ 35 hour requirement.

Coffield said: “We remain focused on providing support and resources to advisers across the entire country which is why we continue to visit Northern Ireland, where there is a vibrant intermediary community. This will be our third visit to Northern Ireland in the last year alone and we not only support DA brokers there through the provision of these workshops and innovative business solutions, but our Partnership Development Manager, Christine Newell, makes regular trips there to see our member firms.

“Like all our roundtables, this event in Belfast next month is packed full of information to help firms develop their propositions and to help them engage with an array of providers and lenders all looking to conduct business with them. We will be discussing the mortgage and protection market in general, as well as introducing our exclusive software proposition, plus we will end the event with a broad discussion about all things Consumer Credit. This event is not just open to Paradigm members but all advisers and we therefore look forward to welcoming them to this Belfast round table on the 12th November. It promises to be an exciting and information event.”
