Paradigm Mortgage Services has promoted two members of staff to new business development consultant roles.
Both Tom Hunt and Alex Vaughan-Tift (pictured) take up their roles with immediate effect following on from their work for Paradigm as mortgage technical services’ advisers.
As part of their promotion, both will continue to support Paradigm’s Mortgage Helpdesk team, answering member queries and assisting with the placement of complex cases. However, they will now also be working closely with potential new and existing member firms, bringing them into the distributor and promoting other group services, including protection, compliance and DFM.
Paradigm’s Mortgage Helpdesk has continued to see a significant increase in usage, with levels of enquiries having risen by 12% over the course of the last 12 months. The distributor will continue to add staff to its Mortgage Helpdesk team in order to meet the growing demand from member firms.
Paradigm has – as at 30th September 2019 – 1,466 members, a 13.6% increase from the previous year, and both Hunt and Vaughan-Tift will be charged with engaging with firms and ensuring they are benefiting from all opportunities on offer.
In 2019, the distributor added 10 new lenders and two new providers to its mortgage and protection panels.
