Paragon has unveiled The Landlord Portal, a new online system for landlord customers.
The portal enables landlords to access to all their accounts in one place and provides the ability to update details online.
The secure portal is accessible via the buy-to-let personal page on the Paragon Bank site.
Paragon says this provides greater convenience for landlords, saving them time while freeing up customer service agents to help with more complex requests.
The Landlord Portal follows the launch of the specialist lender’s Intermediary Portal last year. The Landlord Portal was developed with the company’s customer services team providing insight into what functions would be useful based on feedback they received.
It is the first phase of the project with further work planned to increase the capabilities and enhance the user experience.
Richard Rowntree (pictured), managing director for mortgages at Paragon, said: “This is a great example of the needs of the customer driving improvements. Staff who regularly speak to our customers have played an integral role in the development and testing of this portal.
“With this being the first phase, we’re already exploring ways to improve our online offering. Key to this is listening to our landlords and creating platforms that make managing their businesses a little easier.’’
