Partnership has appointed Joanne Evans as director of compliance.
She will be responsible for ensuring that the specialist insurer – which recently listed on the London Stock Exchange – meets its regulatory obligations and that there is an appropriate compliance strategy and culture.
In addition, Evans, who will report to chief risk officer Kathryn Purves, will provide support and guidance to the Board on regulatory matters and in promoting a strong compliance culture.
Evans has over 20 years of experience in the financial services world and most recently worked for Tesco Bank, Canada Life and Deloitte.
She has also held roles outside the compliance sphere including include marketing director, customer relationships director and supervision team manager at the Financial Services Authority.
