Paymentshield has recruited a new regional sales manager for London and Kent.
Simon Parish joins Paymentshield from Metro Bank where he was a business development manager and his career includes roles at HSBC, Halifax and Santander.
Paymentshield now has a 34-strong sales team, including 12 regional sales managers on the road.
Parish (pictured) said: “Having worked in financial services for 15 years I feel excited and passionate about the move to become a regional sales manager at Paymentshield.
“The experience and contacts I’ve gained over the years will really stand me in good stead for my new role and benefit both Paymentshield and our advisers.
“Protection and general insurance were always an area of interest for me when I was a mortgage broker and I always strived to ensure that my customers were fully covered when they moved into their dream home. As I broker, I understood the importance of this, and I know that Paymentshield has the tools available to help brokers and insurance specialists alike provide their customers with the best protection possible.
“I’m looking forward to immersing myself fully into the business and undertaking quality meetings to add value to the market.”
