Personal Touch Financial Services has access to an exclusive mortgage deal with Skipton Building Society for its members’ clients.
The exclusive is a two-year fixed rate loan at 2.79% up to 80% LTV.
It come with a £995 completion fee and there is no application fee.
There is a free valuation and legal fees for re-mortgage customers.
