South coast based packager, Positive Lending, has appointed Stephanie Charman as its director of mortgages.
In this newly created role, Charman (pictured) will be responsible for Positive Lending’s mortgage desk and strengthening its residential and buy-to-let proposition.
Steph reports to Paul McGonigle, Positive’s chief executive, who said: “Having partnered with Steph for many years in her previous role with Mortgage Intelligence, I am excited to announce her appointment as director of mortgages for the company – I know Steph’s talents in this sector are exceptional.
“Steph brings with her a vast wealth of experience in financial services with over 18 years in the sector. She is truly a champion of the mortgage broker and well-respected by lenders and networks alike.
