Sainsbury’s Bank has made a number of changes to its residential product range:
Changes are as follows:
Two-year fixed rate purchase range:
- 60% LTV increased to 1.50% with a £995 product fee
Five-year fixed rate purchase range:
- 60% LTV increased to 2.20% with a £995 product fee
- 60% LTV increased to 2.38% with no product fee
- 75% LTV increased to 2.20% with a £995 product fee
- 75% LTV increased to 2.38% with no product fee
- 80% LTV increased to 2.20% with a £995 product fee
- 80% LTV increased to 2.38% with no product fee
- 85% LTV increased to 2.24% with a £995 product fee and £250 cashback
- 85% LTV increased to 2.39% with no product fee and £250 cashback
Two-year fixed rate remortgage range:
- 60% LTV increased to 1.44% with a £1,495 product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
- 60% LTV increased to 1.55% with a £995 product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
- 60% LTV increased to 1.88% with no product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
- 75% LTV increased to 1.55% with a £995 product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
Five-year fixed rate remortgage range:
- 60% LTV increased to 2.21% with a £995 product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
- 60% LTV increased to 2.42% with no product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
- 75% LTV increased to 2.21% with a £995 product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
- 75% LTV increased to 2.42% with no product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
- 80% LTV increased to 2.22% with a £995 product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
- 80% LTV increased to 2.42% with no product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
- 85% LTV increased to 2.34% with a £995 product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
- 85% LTV increased to 2.44% with no product fee and £250 cashback or Fee Assisted Legals
For the residential range all end dates remain 31 December 2020 for two-year products and 31st December 2023 for five-year products.
