The Skipton Building Society has announced the appointment of Emma Hill to the team of intermediary relationship managers (IRMs).
Hill joined the society five years ago. Throughout her time in Skipton Direct, Skipton’s customer contact centre, she has continuously worked with the intermediaries, initially offering telephone support for the IRMs before moving onto leading one of the teams in June 2016.
She has now been appointed as an IRM for the East Central region.
Hill said: “I am thoroughly excited to embark on my new venture as an IRM for Skipton. Intermediary lending equates 95% of our lending and therefore it is vital that our intermediaries feel valued and have a strong support unit.
“I have huge passion for delivering a great service and truly believe that Skipton, along with its real life lending proposition, stands out from the crowd.”
Jackie Didcock, regional manager – intermediary relationships, added: “Emma’s experience in our telephone broker support team and as a team leader means that she will be able to support her brokers with knowledge of criteria and the ability to make a difference.
