SortRefer has published its final client guide.
The 31 guides are available free to every adviser who makes use of the SortRefer platform to access a panel conveyancing firm and logs into the site as an introducer.
The most recent guides, which are fully downloadable from the SortRefer website, include topics such as – Selling a House checklist, Buying new build property, Help to Buy ISA, Help to Buy Equity Loan, Help to Buy Shared Ownership, Right to Buy and Lifetime ISAs.
Emma Daley, head of marketing at SortRefer, said: “We have been adding to the guides over the past few months and the feedback we have had has been 100% positive from introducers. We wanted to create a body of educational material with which brokers could enhance the service they offer their customers. They are available in a series of colours to match a broker’s brand and have been very popular.
“Our aim is to expand the titles and already we have had suggestions from introducers for future topics. In the meantime, the feedback we have received tells us that there is a need for well researched and topical guides for consumers that brokers can make available to customers and we are delighted by their response.”
