Tenet Group is to hold a series of formal monthly open days throughout 2013.
The aim is to give advisers the opportunity to meet Tenet’s Leeds office-based staff who support their business on a day to day basis, such a reviewing their cases, processing their commission and approving their financial promotions.
Advisers will also receive a short presentation from all key departments about how they operate and contribute to the overall Tenet experience.
“Communication, understanding and transparency are all key to good client relationships and we hope that our open days will build on all of these,” said Keith Richards, Tenet Group’s distribution and development director.
“Advisers are of course welcome to visit Tenet at any time but by offering a formal open day we can build a lot more value for advisers into time away from their own office.”
The first open day takes place on Wednesday 20 March and is open to Tenet network firms, both investment and non-investment.
