The Dudley Building Society has announced another reduction to fixed rate residential mortgages for purchase and remortgage by up to 0.45 basis points.
This follows recent reductions in swap rates.
New deals include the following:
- Two-year fixed rates up to 90% LTV now at 3.29% (was 3.69%) purchase and remortgage
- Three-year fixed rates up to 80% LTV now at 2.74% (was 2.99%) purchase and remortgage
- Five-year fixed rates up to 80% LTV now at 2.94% (was 3.39%) purchase and remortgage
Jonathan Moore, head of credit at Dudley Building Society, said: “This has to be very good news for purchasers and customers seeking a remortgage. At Dudley Building Society we like to think that not only do we provide a great service to partners and their customers but that we are also quick to reduce mortgage costs when we have the opportunity.
“In this case, we are delighted to be able to make some substantial reductions in rates, particularly on our five year fixed rate product.”
