The Leeds Building Society has appointed a new manager in its software delivery team.
Louise Elliott has been promoted to this position, following two years managing the development of all the Society’s in-house software.
She has over 25 years of experience in software, predominantly in agile and lean techniques.
In her new role Elliott is responsible for providing software solutions to the Society and its members in a high quality and flexible manner which is adaptable to change.
Tom Clark, Leeds Building Society’s chief information officer, said: “I am delighted to promote Louise to head of software delivery.
“She will be involved in improving the experience of our members through ensuring that our systems share information and work together to give them a seamless experience.
“Louise will do this by working with our colleagues to enable us to deliver our solutions faster and to higher quality.”
