The Loans Engine has launched an online system which it says will allow intermediaries to track their client’s applications submitted via its online underwriting platform.
The secured loans master broker says its new Case Tracker will allow intermediaries to monitor the progress of each case from submission to completion and can be accessed 24 hours a day.
Intermediaries can also download a copy of the loan pack and other key documents that were sent to their client and view any notes made regarding the application by their client’s dedicated Account Manager.
