General insurance provider Uinsure has been awarded a Defaqto 5-Star Rating for the fifth year running.
The independent ratings assess the level of quality and comprehensiveness of the features and benefits offered by all insurance policies in the market. They provide an at a glance view of where a product sits in the market to help consumers make a better-informed decision about the product they are purchasing. The 5-Star Rating is the highest rating possible.
Jason Berry, director of sales at Uinsure, said: “We are delighted to receive the highest rating from Defaqto once again. This year we are launching our new campaign, Quality Matters Most, highlighting the importance of quality cover and comprehensive policies. Quality has always been a priority for Uinsure, whether that be in terms of the service we provide, the systems we develop or, indeed, the products we offer.
“To receive this recognition from a ratings agency as reputable as Defaqto is a huge honour and shows our efforts on improving quality in the sector are paying off.”
Uinsure has also received a 5-Star Rating from financial information firm Moneyfacts.
The Moneyfacts Buildings and Contents Star Ratings are based on the weighting of the most relevant product features for consumers, outside of the policy premiums.
Samantha Owens, insight manager at Moneyfacts, said: “Our ratings showcase the most complete products with the most features and competitive limits, enabling consumers to direct their focus towards the most suitable policy for them.
“By taking out Uinsure’s 5-Star Rated buildings and contents insurance, customers can sit back and relax knowing that their cover limits will not fall short in the event of a crisis.
“Uinsure’s home insurance gives consumers considerable peace of mind. It offers a full range of cover, most of which is included as standard. It also comes with competitive limits and covers the policyholder when at home, when out and about, and in an emergency. In addition, this straightforward deal has no hidden fees.”
