Uinsure has launched a graduate academy, following on from signing the Women in Finance Charter.
Uinsure’s graduate academy will see the firm seek to recruit and train best in class graduates – partnering with sales recruitment agency Pareto Law – in a variety of field and telephone account management roles.
David Smith, chief innovation officer at Uinsure, said: “We’re absolutely ecstatic to launch our graduate academy. It’s a huge statement of intent that will see us recruit future sales leaders of Uinsure.

The firm has also signed the Women in Finance Charter, which has been set up to increase the level of female representation in Senior Management positions.
