Five months after announcing its move into Scotland, Ultimate Finance has recruited four asset-based lenders to its Glasgow office.
Lynsey Innes, Euan Bell, Mandy Butler and Lisa Waldman have a combined experience of more than 60 years in the sector.
Waldman, Butler and Innes join Ultimate Finance from Aldermore Bank where they previously worked with Richard Waldman, who launched the new Glasgow office in February.
Waldman and Butler have been appointed into client facing and operational roles, while Innes has been appointed as regional director for sales.
Bell has been appointed regional director and joins as one of the few specialists in construction finance in Scotland. He was previously at Bibby Financial Services.
Waldman, head of Ultimate Finance Scotland, said: “When I launched the Glasgow office we said our aim was to build a strong presence in Scotland by recruiting the best people and that is exactly what we have done.
