Virgin Money has made changes to selected fixed rate mortgages.
The changes came into force at 8pm on Tuesday 22 March.
The details are as follows:
Purchase Exclusive:
- 80% LTV two-year fixed rate with £995 fee has increased by 0.08 percentage points to 2.14%.
Core:
- Selected 65% – 85% LTV two and three-year fixed rates has increased by up to 0.14 percentage points.
- Selected 65% – 75% LTV seven and 10-year fixed rates has increased by up to 0.30 percentage points.
- Selected buy-to-let 60% LTV fixed rates has increased by up to 0.12 percentage points.
