Virgin Money unveils new remortgage exclusives

Virgin Money has launched a new range of remortgage exclusive products as well as reductions across residential and buy-to-let range.

The changes include the following:

Remortgage Exclusive:

• New 5 year fixed rate at 75% LTV with £1,495 fee launched at 1.29%
• New 2 year fixed rate at 80% LTV with £1,495 fee launched at 1.64%
• New 5 year fixed rate at 80% LTV with £1,495 fee launched at 1.95%

Purchase Exclusive £1000 Cashback range:

• New 2 year fixed rate at 85% LTV with £1,495 fee launched at 1.93%
• New 5 year fixed rate at 85% LTV with £1,495 fee launched at 2.33%
• 2 Year fixed rate at 80% LTV with £995 fee reduced by 0.16% to 1.77%
• 5 Year fixed rate at 80% LTV with £995 fee reduced by 0.16% to 1.99%

Core Residential:

• 5 year fixed rate at 65% LTV with no fee reduced by 0.05% to 1.37%
• 2 year fixed rate at 90% LTV with £995 fee reduced by 0.40% to 2.39%
• 5 year fixed rate at 90% LTV with £995 fee reduced by 0.47% to 2.94%
• 5 year fixed rate at 90% LTV with no fee reduced by 0.58% to 3.04%
• 2 year fixed rate at 95% LTV with no fee reduced by 0.20% to 3.38%

Shared Ownership:

• 5 year fixed rate at 85% LTV with no fee reduced by 0.61% to 2.99%
• 5 year fixed rate at 90% LTV with no fee reduced by 0.32% to 3.39%

Buy-to-let:

• 2 year fixed rate at 80% LTV with £995 fee reduced by 0.30% to 2.99%
• 5 year fixed rate at 80% LTV with £995 fee reduced by 0.17% to 3.18%
• 5 year fixed rate at 75% LTV with £995 fee reduced by 0.10% to 1.99%
