Aldermore Bank has made an appointment within its commercial mortgage team.
Caroline Luxmore has joined the Midlands-based team as lending manager. She joins Aldermore from Yorkshire Bank, where she was a senior partner. Before then she worked for Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of Scotland and has more than 18 years experience of working with brokers and borrowers in the Midlands area.
Luxmore (pictured) will report to Aldermore’s senior commercial lending manager, Mark Pagett, and is tasked with helping SME owners, landlords and property investors in the Midlands obtain mortgages for the purchase of commercial property.
She said the Aldermore commercial mortgage team had developed a “strong reputation for its competitive products and high quality service”.
“I’m looking forward to working with brokers, investors and individuals seeking mortgages for commercial property in the Midlands area,” she added.
