Bridging lender Hope Capital has joined Connect for Intermediaries’ panel.
Hope Capital has been chosen for its service levels, turnaround times and range of lending of up to 24 months on residential, commercial and mixed-use property across England, Wales and Scotland.
It also lends against land, with or without planning permission, while its rates start at 0.69%.
