Keystone has introduced a service whereby brokers wanting to give their landlord clients a detailed mortgage illustration for the Solutions Range can now do so using a new service facility on the lender’s website.
The service was designed to complement the illustration facility that is already in daily use for the Classic and Premier Ranges.
The facility, which was developed by Mark Ryan, Keystone’s head of IT, produces an instant online illustration and also offers brokers the ability to convert the illustration to a PDF letter which is automatically emailed to the broker for record-keeping purposes and forwarding to the client.
Keystone’s managing director David Whittaker said: “The Solutions’ illustration facility will help brokers respond to their client’s information requests in a more efficient and timely manner. It’s quick and easy to use and all the necessary facts and figures the client needs are presented cleanly and clearly.”
