The Leeds Building Society has added a 5.99% three-year fixed rate deal to its buy-to-let range. It is available up to 80% LTV.
Also, fees have been cut by £300 on the two-year fixed rate deal.
Neither product has any higher lending charge and they allow 10% capital repayments each year without penalty.
The two-year deal comes with a £800 completion fee while the three-year deal has one at £1,100. Both come with £199 booking fees.
“We believe it’s a very good time to lock into a low fixed rate and have reduced fees by £300 on the two-year deal at 5.99% available up to 80% LTV,” said Phil Coombes, Leeds Building Society’s head of intermediary sales.
“These flat fee products will attract professional landlords, who may wish to move onto a highly competitive rate and fix their monthly commitments.”
