Source Insurance has appointed Steve Jenkins to the role of head of commercial partnerships.
After the Source’s insurance director, Mick Cairns, retired, this new role was created to encompass all of the groups commercial relationships as the company looks to expand into premium financing and specialist direct to consumer business.
Jenkins (pictured) joins the Source from Ageas where he was head of strategic partnerships..
Kevin Paterson, Source Insurance’s managing director, said: “We are really pleased to have been able to attract talent such as Steve to Source. With Mick Cairns retiring we have spent a long time looking for the right person to fit the role which has become a fair bit bigger since we created the two new divisions within the company and we are delighted that Steve has taken up the challenge.”
