Sourcing systems have for a long time sought to build a presence with both networks and mortgage clubs. The more established players have been successful with this strategy, with a number of either sole-tie or preferred system arrangements.

Such arrangements are likely to have a bearing on the levels of switching systems by advisers.

Twenty7Tec has individual commercial arrangements in place with mortgages clubs and works with networks in a variety of different ways, integrating with its bespoke CRM, with Cloud27 as its chosen technology partner. Mortgage Brain has distribution partnerships with 13 networks and clubs.
