Both platforms claim widespread adoption by individuals and firms. eConveyancer has just under 2,000 registered individuals compared to The Moving Hub’s 2,150. However, the former has more firms, with over 1,000 compared to 480. Both platforms claim significant distribution arrangements with networks and/or mortgage clubs.

eConveyancer states that each network and mortgage club client has a bespoke eConveyancer solution depending on which services from its proposition they want to offer to their advisers.

The Moving Hub said that the coronavirus crisis has not required it to change its business practices at all.

eConveyancer argues the pandemic has emphasised the importance of digital tools and the need to increase efficiency/decrease transaction times in the conveyancing process.

As a consequence of Covid-19, eConveyancer has expedited its plans for the platform’s development. It says it is confident that the product is “highly relevant” in today’s digitally-reliant climate.
