7.03 USAGE

There is a wide variety in the number of individuals and firms that have registered for each CRM system.

Smartr365, which went live to the whole of the intermediary market in 2020, has already signed up 1,000 individuals and 250 firms.

360 Lifecycle and OMS both have over 5,000 individuals and 1,000 firms registered.

All five of the CRM systems has some form of arrangement with distributors. eKeeper and 360 Lifecycle have agreements with 5-10 distributors, while Primis and Tenet networks have deals with Trackerhub.

Members of L&G Mortgage Club members are eligible for discounted pricing to Smartr365.
As well as it distributor partnerships, 360 Dotnet says it also work closely with threesixty services and Paradigm to offer its proposition to their members.
