Both Knowledge Bank and Criteria Hub have supported advisers during the Covid-19 crisis. At the start of the pandemic, Knowledge Bank created a free tool for all UK mortgage brokers, which provided up-to-date information from across the industry on all areas of Covid-affected criteria such as furlough income, payment holidays and temporary LTV and valuation restrictions.

At the same time, Criteria Hub introduced a Covid-19 help portal and a lender service level portal.

Criteria Hub has over 6,000 more registered users than Knowledge Bank, although the latter also has 3,600 registered firms.

In terms of recent usage, all of Knowledge Bank’s registered users actually used the system over the past year, compared to Criteria Hub, with 64% of those registered using their system.
