Both Knowledge Bank and Criteria Hub have supported advisers during the Covid-19 crisis. At the start of the pandemic, Knowledge Bank created a free tool for all UK mortgage brokers, which provided up-to-date information from across the industry on all areas of Covid-affected criteria such as furlough income, payment holidays and temporary LTV and valuation restrictions.
At the same time, Criteria Hub introduced a Covid-19 help portal and a lender service level portal.
Criteria Hub has over 6,000 more registered users than Knowledge Bank, although the latter also has 3,600 registered firms.
