4.06: INTEGRATIONS

As Affordability Hub is a Mortgage Brain product, it is unsurprising that it integrates with both of its sourcing systems (Mortgage Brain Classic and Mortgage Brain Anywhere).
MBT Affordability currently has an integration with Twenty7Tec and is having “ongoing conversations” with other systems. It says its philosophy is to be agnostic in integrations and partnerships.

BrokerSense does not currently have any integrations.

MBT Affordability has established a number of relationships with lenders to use the platform to establish a deeper understanding of the UK affordability landscape, and has launched an analytics platform called MBT Analytics.

It provides lenders with a bespoke data-driven interactive dashboard to help them improve their understanding of the affordability calculations of their competitors and to benchmark their own position.
